Mindset is an established attitude possessed by someone towards a given aspect. Positive attitude is believed to be one of the fundamental principles of the mindset that determines a person's success towards their desires. The concept of mentality lies between personal abilities, potential and intelligence. Studies show that people have a growth or fixed mindset. Growth mindset refers to understanding that personal abilities and qualities can change over time and their attitude towards persevering to challenges believes in success. These are the type of people who see the brain as a muscle that requires training like any other to achieve the desired or quality position. They believe that although talents exist, it is a matter of cultivating them in the desired direction by working hard with diligence and hope (Caniëls et al., 2018). Say no to plagiarism. People with a fixed mindset believe that ability is a natural gift and that either you have it from birth, otherwise you cannot gain it from personal effort. Their initial attitude towards a certain program is the basis of their first cognition and internalization. They believe that if someone isn't natural at something, they can't be natural at it. When it comes to achieving goals, the concept of mindset plays a greater role by creating a driving force that accelerates towards success. It happens that goal achievement lies in the cognition of one's mindset, and a positive mindset is a halfway achievement towards a certain goal. It can therefore be formulated that the aspect of achieving the goal is a factor of mentality and will towards it. In personal perspective, the theory behind mindset consciousness is as real as it seems in people's research and review. Throughout my failures and successes, it can be deduced that the mindset aspect played an important role. For example, passing an exam and being able to handle technical courses were all a matter of mindset. For academic tasks where I believed in achieving them and worked hard to achieve them, success has always been my potion. On the other hand, where I developed a poor attitude towards personal obligations, my efforts were always diminished and avoiding failure was not an option. Initially everything seems difficult to achieve, but the success behind it all lies in the mental attitude. This was verified by the analysis of my failure. Everything that I perceived as difficult and unattainable has always been difficult to achieve. Apparently what appears difficult and beyond my capabilities has always been achievable through determination, positive attitude and perseverance through challenges. It is absolutely necessary to agree that even what is in front of me is nullified, it will all be achievable through the change of mindset, self-confidence and readiness to fight the battle of challenges that lies behind every achievement. Since others have achieved it, it remains true that they are an equal element to the task and all goals will be achievable by applying a strong positive attitude towards them. Grit is the courage or decisiveness a person shows in their approach to phenomena related to obligations or challenges (Anderson et al. 2016).
