The next quality to consider for a restaurant is the quality of service. Since everyone is different, I can't say it's been perfect every time, but I can say that almost every time I've been there, I've received great service. The hosts are specific about the length of the wait and kindly escort you to your seat once the wait is over, asking how you are. The servers are very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. They are always able to answer any questions and quickly bring out refills for the baskets of breadsticks, which everyone loves to munch on before the meal. They bring food in a timely manner, clean empty plates, and often check on you to see if you need anything. Sometimes the managers go around and ask people how everything is going, which is very nice to know that they are taking the time to make sure their customers are happy. One final quality to look for in a restaurant is cleanliness. No one wants to go to a dirty restaurant with employees and customers who don't clean up after themselves. Olive Garden is always as clean as possible. The floor is never dirty and there are never crumbs left on the table. Employees bring tables as soon as customers leave, so there are no dirty tables just sitting there. They handle food with care and make sure there is nothing in the food that shouldn't be there.
