Watching many great heads leading such a large organization and having the opportunity to work with them made me realize that having simple technical skills does not make a complete technician . Working in my current project which includes many internal teams and external dependencies made me realize that end-to-end project management skills help me complete my work much more efficiently and would put me at the top of the ladder. Furthermore, I have learned the art of managing my work well with the agile process we follow in our organization and sharing work and responsibilities within our team. I always wanted to be a leader and that's when I got to the point where I was determined to have the skills needed to help me grow in my career. I would like to earn a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Sullivan University to sharpen my understanding of project management and provide me with in-depth knowledge so I can take my career to the next level to become a leader.
