Do you believe it? It's hard for me not to feel like technology is driving us apart because you can go almost anywhere and see people constantly glued to their phones. I understand that our phones are only a small part of technology these days, but most of us don't see everyone at home. As they use technology in their homes, my guess is that whatever is done in public, they feel more than comfortable doing in the privacy of their own homes. But that same thought can quickly cross over to the other side of what my initial thoughts lead me to. In a time where we are not together in the moment, so to speak, we are constantly connected to so many things. At the touch of a button we can get information on Google, directions to where we are going, phone numbers of places we want to visit.
