I changed my topic three times before I got around to writing about forgiveness. Compared to the expository piece, the literary analysis used complex vocabulary, which was my goal, and better transitions. In the expository document, the transitions were choppy because I didn't include concluding sentences at the end of my paragraphs. Next, I included an assignment from my IB Music course. I was asked to compare two distinct musical cultures. I included this article to show how the information I learned helped me outside of English 112. The research, citation, and persuasive writing skills I learned in English 112 helped me a lot in writing this article. My knowledge of the writing process helped me complete the task and stay focused on my topic. My final assignment was a multi-genre article on Christian denominations. Choosing and writing this topic to discuss was fun because it has a lot of personal value for me. Writing this assignment was liberating; for the first time I was able to fully use my imagination for a writing assignment. I particularly enjoyed this assignment because I gained knowledge on an important topic that will impact the rest of my life. One weakness of this article was mine
