Teacher Quality in Education The quality of teachers has a great influence on how students will learn and perceive the information provided. As time has passed, teachers have faced many things that can help them become better teachers. There are tests to certify them in and make sure they can teach to the best of their ability. In some cases, even if a teacher is certified, he or she may not be fully invested in his or her teaching, so students may not receive as much attention as they need and may not be working to the best of their ability. They think that if the teacher doesn't show interest, then why should they. Teacher burnout is something that occurs in teachers when they become disinterested in their teaching.
