With this workshop, I think I can improve the collection of social or ethnic signals. For example, in lab 2, the patient avoided eye contact whenever we mentioned her husband and this is something I should have discussed further with the patient. I believed this was the patient's way of dealing with a problem between her and her husband. In the future, I will make sure to address the issues thoroughly so as to provide the best care to the patient. The third workshop focused on vulnerable populations and disability. From this workshop I needed improvements by listening better to the patient's needs (as they are unique to the disability they may have). Our patient told us that sometimes we asked too many repetitive questions. In future workshops, I will avoid asking repetitive questions and will listen carefully to the patient the first time they address their concerns. Continuing to improve these things will help create a more comfortable and safer environment for the
