Follower needs include stability, compassion, hope, and trust. For a leader, it is essential to create the feeling that basic needs are met. A positive balance should be created in providing stability, and the process is inspiring and gives hope to followers. By creating hope, all other goals of the organization are realized and give motivation that the prospects will be better. Because of my courageous nature, I can still give hope to my followers and give them aspirations for a better future.
