As the aviation industry develops, more and more aircraft accidents occur. There are many reasons that lead to plane crashes, but one of them is improper maintenance of the plane. Why is proper aircraft maintenance so important? Proper aircraft maintenance is essential for the aircraft to function properly, every part of the aircraft to be in good condition, and to ensure the safety of pilots and passengers. Proper maintenance has many parts. The most common part is the inspections, which pilots carry out every day; the main part is the overhaul and repair of the aircraft; and maintenance documentation is another important part of aircraft maintenance, whose improper maintenance documentation has caused many accidents. Aircraft are subjected to a variety of stresses, strains, vibrations and harmful environments. It is important to inspect your aircraft regularly to keep it operational, and aircraft inspections are an important part of proper maintenance. There are many types of inspection; the most common is pre-flight inspection and post-flight inspection. According to Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR), a pre-flight inspection is mandatory to check the pilot's proficiency. During a pre-flight inspection, the pilot must use the pre-flight checklist to perform an inspection of the exterior and interior of the aircraft.
