Recent studies have mostly highlighted that technological change has supported the demand for new working practices and increased the demand for skills through ambiguity between level outcomes establishment and national level, has led to two paradoxes. The first is the mystery regarding productivity, as the technological impact on productivity is much higher at the plant or enterprise level than at the national level (Bosworth, 2013). The second is the inequality paradox whereby technological advances increase workers' wages. much at the national level than at the settlement level. To explain these inconsistencies, in the future technology and productivity should be well defined and measured, so as to estimate and conceptualize the relationship between technological change, wages and skills; and also include a study of the impact of technological advances on companies' employment systems and human resources
