Every year, in schools, kids who were too young to remember are taught by sad teachers about a day that will live forever in their hearts. Unaware of the real pain imposed on millions of people, I was one of those students too puritanical to understand its brutality. By reading this State of the Union address, I was able to leave with an understanding of the impact this intrusion has left on the people and the country. With our nation at stake, the citizens of the United States of America had to unite to fight the greater evil.
