Motivation and Conflict ManagementOrganizations seek creative ways to improve employee motivation and resolve conflicts with the desire for employees to perform better in the workplace. To motivate you have to be motivated. Motivation in the workplace must be constant and require a goal. The motivation, if not repeated, will not last. Therefore, learning to determine how different organizations apply motivation theories to motivate employees, analyze conflict management strategies, and which approaches work best in different organizations will influence an organization's success. Theories of Motivation and Organizational BehaviorMotivation is the concept of stimulating or arousing a person to achieve a goal. The impact that individuals, groups, and structures have on behavior within organizations is organizational behavior. Motivation is influenced by organizational behaviors, which is why several organizations apply motivation theories to motivate employees. Applying Motivation Theories to Motivate Employees Keeping workers motivated in today's workplace can be not only a job, but also an adventure. In many organizations this is a challenge because the workplace consists of a diverse cultural environment. Managers are still the driving force of any company and the responsibility and need to behave......at the paper level. Team B was able to discuss and analyze different conflict strategies used in the workplace. The research teaches Team B how organizations implement various theories and strategies in accordance with their work environments.
