These four qualities are the definition of what an American should be. From being trustworthy in the workplace, to serving your community, to leading by example or speaking out, as well as being patriotic and having an immense sense of patriotism. Without these qualities America would not have grown from 13 colonies to the world's only great superpower, the United States of America. I see these four qualities most of all in my everyday life. Reliability is an important part of my job. This is because I don't normally see my boss during the workday, but he gives me a list of what needs to be done and I get those jobs done. I started working for this company in the summer of 2014 and, thanks to my reliability, I have the certainty of being able to train new employees myself and complete the jobs assigned to me. The second quality is something I do almost every day. Every day I work with a disadvantaged school and work with individual students.
