Can you imagine walking all the way to New York from Kansas in the middle of hunting season? Well, that's exactly what Timmy the turkey did. It all started in Smallville, Kansas, at the Herbivore restaurant, while Timmy was watching TV. While watching TV, he saw an ad asking for help organizing the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, so he called the event manager and was told to get to the 7th block of Times Square within 3 days. This meant he had to pack his bags right away and start walking. On his lovely hike through Cuba, Missouri, Timmy encountered a big problem: HE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST DURING HUNTING SEASON!!! He began to walk very quickly, dodging trees and deer. He managed to avoid the next Thanksgiving dinner because the hunters were low on ammunition. After walking over 900 miles, Timmy got hungry so he decided to stop at Chick-fil-A for a nice chicken dinner. While looking for what he would get, he noticed the seasonal menu. The seasonal menu consisted of all turkey entrees. After finding the turkey menu, he ran to the nearest Krispy Kreme to get a donut that definitely didn't consist of meat. After finishing his donut, he continued his journey to New York City. Upon arriving in New York City he missed a turn and ended up in the Bronx. In the Bronx he met a gang of turkeys trying to build a float for the parade. Timmy decides to help them for an hour and then go to Times Square. As they help them, they decide to nickname him, meaning Timmy the Turkey becomes Tim the Turk. While helping the gang, he backed into a table on which was a bottle of white paint which spilled onto Turk Tim, coloring him white until he made it to his hotel room to clean up. After an hour, Tim the Turk left to head towards ...... middle of paper ... is proud of having managed to shoot the ball that everyone was anxiously waiting for. After the parade, Timmy called his family to let them know he wouldn't be back in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Timmy was sad, but the entire float crew threw him a special Thanksgiving party, celebrating all the success they had while making the floats. At the party Timmy meets another turkey he helped with several floats, her name was Trisha. Trisha and Timmy were both from Smallville but didn't know it. After a long discussion Trisha and Timmy decided to hitchhike home together, stopping at many restaurants to eat pumpkin pie. Soon after arriving in Smallville, Trisha and Timmy decide to get engaged and work together in the Macy's Christmas Day Parade. Trisha and Timmy lived happily ever after and made it an annual event to design the floats for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade..
