From my personal perspective, the environment seemed exceptionally calm and comfortable. When I first walked through the doors, I noticed a bird cage set into the wall containing about 20-30 birds. I could hear them chirping down the hall. The scenery was particularly relaxing. The building was very clean and smelled of flowers, which led me to believe that the environment was suitable. By the time the papers were signed and she settled in, it was almost 9 and time to leave. I saw in her eyes that she was nervous about staying; so were my family and I, but the nurses reassured us that they would take care of her properly and we felt that all of them
