While in most situations these are desired traits, other times they can be weaknesses. For example, as a claims adjuster I work in a fast-paced, very high-volume work environment. I talk to clients on the phone all day, and being an extrovert, I have a tendency to carry on long-winded conversations with clients in an attempt to build rapport. In the end my clients are very satisfied with the level of service I have provided, however I usually have to stay late to complete all my daily assignments completely and thoroughly
