Brown skilled nursing facility is the process based on three fundamental models. According to Kelly, (2011) “the process of the three fundamental models represents the vision of healthcare services provided (pp.48-62).” The process of the three care models is grouped into three main categories such as clinical/medical/technical process, patient flow operational process and administrative process. This model would help managers, in Ms. Brown's case, properly implement guidelines and train staff members on how to approach the aftercare process when dealing with patients after surgery. The Three Core Models process would also help an organization promote a patient-centered orientation by helping managers recognize the need to align process and improvement efforts towards patient needs, this would help the management of Mrs.'s nursing facility Brown to schedule daily nursing care to address staffing shortages and have records of who cared for Mrs. Brown during each shift
