Many students strictly follow bus schedules and expect the bus to arrive on time when they arrive on time. But the bus driver sometimes leaves before the scheduled time, students end up missing the bus they were supposed to catch and arriving late for class. Another problem is that there are not enough bus stops on North Campus, the school has only built bus stops in residents' housing and the only exception is the student union. There are no bus stops for academic buildings, such as the Natural Science Complex or Capen Hall. This is the real hardship for students living on Ellicott. Students living at Ellicott must walk 15 minutes to the student union or wait for the bus. Most students get off the bus at the Student Union and then will have to walk to the academic building through the tunnels. The student should leave the dormitory approximately thirty minutes before class just to get to class on time. This takes away the whole purpose of doing or the convenience of doing. Many students sleep in a residence hall just to be close to the academic buildings and not have to wake up so early as university life is very stressful due to school
