Casablanca is considered one of the most amazing films by a large number of movie lovers. Indeed, it is an indisputable classic that has earned an everlasting place in the minds and hearts of many people around the world. His script presents the growing threat related to Nazi Germany, as well as the staunch isolationism adopted by the United States. Casablanca would be considered a classic thanks to its endlessly charming nature that emanates from its stellar performance, as well as its take on a timeless story of love and loss. The story is set in French Morocco in December 1941, where war refugees seek a way out of the Third Reich to the safe haven of America. The film's protagonist, Tick Blaine, runs a bar and prides himself on not taking any sides, stating that "I don't commit to anyone." However, his apparent ignorance and nonchalance change after Nazi resistance leader Victor Laszlo and Rick's old flame Ilsa Lund. Not only does Rick begin to recognize the war happening in and around his bar, but he is also driven to make an immense sacrifice for the good of all. Like many classic films, Casablanca has two different plots. The first plot revolves around the heterosexual love story between Elsa and Rick, whose love story becomes complicated with the entry of a third male character who possesses noble qualities that make him a worthy rival of the protagonist. This is highlighted through the use of flashback where the more joyful moments of Rick and Elsa's life are expressed in a happier scene as the scene of Rick being alone in his bar fades away. The second plot revolves around wars that attract individuals from different cultural backgrounds... in the center of the card... more powerful friends, while in some cases he wants to keep the ring for himself. He finally gives up the ring following its destruction on Mount Doom after Gollum fights him for the ring. Even then, Frodo had decided to keep the ring despite the immense trouble it had caused him. It is ironic that the ring is ultimately destroyed by its own power, despite possessing and connecting so many people. This fascination with power and the desire of large numbers of people to create the crudest weapons that would cause the most harm to human beings all people who would embark on the path of their quest for power and influence point to the reality of greed and temptation that plagues today's society. Indeed, a large number of people are willing to do anything to obtain symbols of power and fuel their insatiable greed for influence in society..
