I believe that the ideal is what I should do for my future. Once again I said that I had decided that my career goal would be to become a future city manager. Not just because I'm playing the SimCity game that inspired me to become one. I felt that, as a city manager, I have a great responsibility and a direct point of contact with the mayor and/or city council. I believe that each city has its own issues, struggles, concerns, and more that cause each city to have its own distinctions. Therefore, these challenges must be solved through teamwork, innovation and leadership. This is what the mayor, city manager and city council are all about and I believe I could be part of finding a solution. Once again it is not just about the city, but also about the county with its leadership and potential. I think we are in the midst of huge social changes. The workforce and economy are different now than they were before, and the Internet of Things keeps coming. The green revolution/evolution is popping up everywhere now with calls for green environmental friendliness. Furthermore, in those communities there existed an increasingly diverse population with their own cultures and ideas. We, as public servants, must be ready to be adaptable and deal with any problem that arises
