sThe task is to create a plan that will inform parents, students, and the school community of your philosophy of behavioral guidance. You can adapt the ideas to show your personality, but the fundamental rationale for this orientation plan should be based on what you have learned in this course. The orientation plan should be divided into the following sections: Page 1: The first page is your philosophy of the role of the teacher, students, and parents in shaping a child's behavior. You could write it as a personal philosophy divided into paragraphs to fit these categories OR Page 2: The second page provides the overall plan for managing your classroom. It should indicate what interventions you will use and what type of positive reinforcement you will use. It should also include your classroom rules or a plan for determining your classroom rules. Page 3: The third page should include smaller details for key procedures regarding transitions, noise control, accommodating children with specific behavioral problems and of course some key ways you will incorporate the contents into your management plan . This page can be more creative and include clip art images where appropriate.Distinguished (4) Proficient (3) Basic (2) Unsatisfactory (1)Content30 /30 The content is complete, accurate and persuasive.
