Topic > What is the PSA for drunk driving? - 1331

this PSA provides information from a real person who was fortunate enough to survive a drunk driving accident. The speaker in the video is a T4 paraplegic, meaning he is paralyzed from the nipples down and therefore sadly cannot reproduce. Out of all three PSAs, this video is the most effective because it shows that if you manage to survive a drunk driving accident you are very likely to become paraplegic. I think the least effective PSA for drunk driving was the first because, although it is very simple, it does not provide the target audience with a complete explanation on how to stop drunk driving. The video simply states that if you have been drinking and decide to get behind the wheel you are putting yourself and your passengers at risk of dying or living with permanent damage to your body. While I prefer the third or first PSA, they both serve as a great way to shed light to the world on how serious drunk driving is. In many ways, all of the PSAs were aimed at college students, parents, and teenagers who drink or know people who do.
