One of the things I would have done differently was to step out of my comfort zone more. I was able to get through the tasks and flow of the service pretty quickly, so my manager assigned me a special role called a service champion. As service champions, our duty is to talk and socialize with guests and ask how satisfied they are with the hotel so far. When I worked as a service champion I was able to talk to guests, but I would like to step out of my comfort zone more and take more initiative when talking to guests. I talked to my other colleagues about how to improve my service and they shared stories of how their experience helped them understand how to provide good services
