I have held management positions my entire career and have struggled to find my exact style. Now that I have a better understanding of how I can more naturally succeed as a manager, I can better tune into my actions. According to Type Talk at Work, the ENFP's most important resource is related to people's skills (Kroeger, Thuesen, & Rutledge, 2002, p. 365). While I have always prided myself on being able to not only deal with people but also enjoy those relationships, I now know a strength that I can use as a manager. Type Talk at Work goes further by stating that people with my same temperament are able to share credit and help affirm those around them (Kroeger, Thuesen, & Rutledge, 2002, p. 366). I plan to use this strength to help bring positive reinforcement to my team. Allowing those around me to feel valued and successful will help
