Ethics refers to the principle used by human well-being as a guideline to achieve the good of an ethic in the organization and others. The principle values ​​are honesty, keeping promises, showing loyalty, being honest, respecting others, caring and being responsible to the citizen in the country. These values ​​are ethical which are the basis of individual values. Besides that, most people have learned ethical standards in various places. For example, at home, at school, in the mosque or in another social environment in the country. Ethical standards are very important for all people to have common sense when communicating with other people. People need to cure their attitude from bad attitude towards growth as they want to be mature (David B. Resnik, 2011).
