Wrestling is more than just a sport; it's a lifestyle. And for those who appreciate the opportunities, it is something that takes your mind off all the difficult moments in life and pits one man against another to raise their hand. Competition evolves everything and there is no other sport that embodies what competition truly is. Wrestling spans the entire globe, and while it incorporates several styles and many national and world events, it remains overlooked by most. The first wrestling style is Folkstyle. Folkstyle is primarily wrestled at college, high school, and middle school events, although some kids practice and participate in elementary schools. Folkstyle has a rich legacy that dates back to the early days of the United States and has touched every part of American life. The first real traces of the development of wrestling date back to the Sumerians over 5,000 years ago. The Epic of Gilgamesh written in cuneiform, the sculptures and low beliefs, there are numerous sources that reveal the first races reported, accompanied by music. There are also many historical and archaeological traces of the struggle in ancient Egypt. Among these, the drawings found in the Beni-Hassan tombs depicting 400 fighting pairs are particularly noteworthy. Many US presidents were folk style wrestlers. This list includes Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt and the Speaker of the American House of Representatives, Mr. Denny Hastert, who also became a distinguished Folkstyle coach. Folk-style wrestling is the fifth most popular sport in American high schools and the most commonly practiced style of wrestling in the United States. The pinnacle of the sport, the national college tournament, is br......center of paper......alive. Without wrestling, there would be no fighting, no self-defense options or maneuvers, or any way for someone to be in the best shape of their life, without being in the military or special training programs. Involved and used in everyday life, wrestling doesn't get the credit or respect it deserves, for the sole reason that it's neither football nor basketball, and people don't usually grow up doing it every day in local neighborhoods.
