Everything about Olympic sports in today's modern era clearly dates back to 776 BC; However, some sports that are part of the 21st century Olympic Games are just getting started. A sport like diving reached Olympic level in 1904 at the Summer Olympic Games. Both springboard and platform diving have had an interest in my life, as, in fact, I am a diver myself. As diving began to evolve from a simple “swan dive” to a 109 B (4 ½ forward somersaults, pike), not only did the difficulty of the sport increase tremendously, but it also became one of the most followed in the world. the Olympic games since they began in 1904. Another thing that was added to the Olympic venue was synchronized diving (synchronized, i.e. at the same time or speed). When synchronized diving first began in 2000 at the Sydney Summer Olympics, it attracted worldwide attention. So precise and “perfect” (so to speak) that two divers have to be to please a certain number of diving judges, giving them a perfect 10 in synchronized diving is probably one of the most difficult sports to practice.
