What is success? Successful people are always looked at with admiration and respect. Education is the gift that every parent wants to give to their children; they want them to have a successful life for them. Everyone dreams of success, we all have hopes and achievements in life. We all have paths, and the paths are not always smooth, there will always be rocks and bumps in the road, we trip over these rocks from time to time. The rock we stumble on can be of great help if we learn from the mistake or it can be our choice to constantly stumble on the same rock. For me, success means learning to set the right goals and achieving those intermediate goals to prepare me for the end goal. At this point in my life I feel successful for having graduated from high school and attended a community college so I can transfer to a four-year university. One of my greatest accomplishments was graduating from high school and attending a community college to further my secondary education. The moment I graduated from high school I wanted to continue and pursue higher education. My educational goals include passing all courses and obtaining all sixty units to transfer to a four-year university. Walking down a hallway nervous, shaking, and excited to receive my business administration diploma is my dream, as well as my long-term goal. I am currently attending a community college getting my units to transfer in due time to a four year university and receive my MBA in Business. My interest in business began during high school, when I was asked what my dream career was. I wanted a career where I would be in charge, a career where I could share my ideas. The opportunity I had working for this company gave me the initiative to interact with such innovative people was inspiring and gave me first-hand experience account of a company. In conclusion, during my time working at House of Zog I learned the basic ideas of a business. Based on the observations I gain in-depth information on the important fundamentals that lead a company to success. My goal is to earn a bachelor's degree in business administration and be successful when I run my own business. I'm studying economics, learning how business works, it's a priority I keep in mind. My long-term goal is to get my sixty units transferred to a four-year university and earn a business degree. From my experience I have learned an important value, you only learn from failure. Success is achieved by thinking about failure and the rocks we stumble upon in our path.
