Industrial engineering is a particular field of engineering, which has completely revolutionized the entire world. since the birth of the wheel. As a child, being curious, I always wondered how a machine worked. My passion for these machines grew until I was introduced to the field of industrial engineering. My imagination knew no limits. The fusion of fascination and imagination provided the impetus to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering. That's when I got admitted into one of the most reputed colleges of Andhra Pradesh called "Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering" (affiliated to the most respected, ANU). The early years gave me a solid, basic foundation in the fundamentals of industrial engineering and manufacturing. As I progressed through the course, I was introduced to various subjects such as work systems design and engineering, quality engineering management and so on. During my course, I discovered that there is much more to learn and know about these topics. The books I used always had a long list of foreign authors in the reference section which can be used to make a complete and detailed study of certain topics. The world of industrial engineering has infinite scope and numerous opportunities for growth and advancement. I found real potential in these subjects to pursue as a career. I believe that the broad overview gained during my undergraduate studies can only be complemented by the in-depth study that graduate study will entail. My field of interest, being highly application-oriented, offers enormous development possibilities.
