The purpose of this discussion is to describe enactment and its meaning in an organization and society as individuals interact. By analyzing different works by other researchers and using examples. This is done to understand how enactment is achieved in any organization. The term enactment is the notion presented by people's actions that give rise to structure and events as has been described by Wieck (1988). According to Wieck (1988 ) this theory involves two steps. “First, preconceptions are used to reserve portions of the field of experience for further attention, that is, perception is focused on predetermined stimuli. Second, people act in the context of these preconception-driven portions of experience in ways that reinforce these preconceptions.” Wieck (1988). Wieck (1988) writes how the findings that increased attention paid to certain stimuli will guide certain actions so that those stimuli are presented as vital.
