Topic > Drug Distribution and Political Opinions - 1678

Drug trafficking is a global illicit trade involving the cultivation, production, distribution, and sale of substances subject to drug prohibition laws. My opinion on the subject is a political view. The topic itself is quite controversial. Drug trafficking is a key part of this research. For the North American market, cocaine is usually transported from Colombia to Mexico or Central America by sea and then by land to the United States and Canada. Cocaine is shipped to Europe mainly by sea, often via container. Colombia remains the main source of cocaine found in Europe, but direct shipments from Peru and the state of Bolivia are much more common than in the US market. At current levels, global heroin use and seizures represent an annual flow of 450 tonnes of heroin into the heroin market. This is a quantity that is administered to approximately 17 million people. As a result, political figures began the war on drugs. The Republican Party promotes an aggressive approach to war, planning to subject anyone involved in drug trafficking to the death penalty. Democrats, however, want to prevent drug trafficking by fueling children's anti-drug propaganda. Both methods both seem effective, but also a bit unethical from my point of view. While I agree that drug lords should be punished, I do not submit to killing them or feeding children distorted information. The way Republicans view drug abuse and addiction ruins everyday life. It is not possible to discuss this urgent matter. Every parent and guardian has a responsibility to educate children and adolescents about the dangers and addiction of drugs, as well as the threat of both physical harm and potential death, as well as... middle of paper... y the war on drugs. Provide health care and acceptable living conditions. While I see this is too much to ask, maybe we start by helping these innocent people, who are suffering for something they didn't ask for.
