Conclusion I have discussed the research I conducted under the following headings: Defining Job Satisfaction, Types of Job Satisfaction, Importance of Job Satisfaction, and Application of Job Satisfaction in the Workplace. For a company/organization to begin creating job satisfaction among their employees, they must understand the direct correlation between job satisfaction and performance, employee turnover, and absenteeism. It is important for companies/organizations to understand the importance of considering the emotional state, attitudes, beliefs and overall well-being of their employees while regulating how employees behave and perform their tasks in their work environment.
