Some jobs in this field may not require all four degrees; however, they may pay for an individual to return to college to obtain a greater education. On-the-job training is needed during the final years of college, although you don't need a lot of on-the-job training, but a moderate amount is needed before you can move on ("Forensic Science Technicians."
