(WHO, 2013).Manage this problem, there are some tips to prevent obesity themselves and their friends by playing sports and allowing activities to be suitable for all participants .Exercising can be healthy and relaxing. Somehow they have to be careful about one thing, they can't have many oily or unhealthy foods, for example noodles in every meal. It also contains fat inside it. To conclude, lose weight or prevent obesity which is the global problem today. These can lead to some chronic diseases, for example hypertension.
