When a woman has some power, both men and other women feel threatened. When a woman does something it is not appreciated and undervalued, but when a man does something it becomes really important. In most occupations where men and women do the same work, the man is usually paid more. Some people say that man needs to take care of his family, so he should be paid more. Women have families too!
