Being part of a team is part of every individual's life. Nothing will be different in your career. It's something that will be part of your life, at every stage of your career. Working in a team has both advantages and disadvantages. Teams are made up of a group of 3-12 people who have the same goals in mind. They will communicate: verbally and non-verbally, and each will play a specific role in the team. They will all be able to express their opinion and also listen to the opinion of others. Working in a team has many advantages: it will lead to a number of individuals having different perspectives on a given problem.
