Intrinsic motivation is very important to me as a student which always makes intrinsic motivation as my morale as a student and as an employee. Motivation is the driving force behind the will and desire to succeed or achieve something. Motivation can also be defined as the success of a stimulus or stimuli aimed at avoiding failure. Motivated people means they have gained the strength to excel in life whether in the world or the hereafter or both. Motivation comes from the English word meaning enthusiastic motivation. Motivation is something that is there (or none) in the self and mind and that will determine success or failure in anything done. Wikipedia defines motivation as a process aimed at promoting behavior in order to achieve certain goals. According to Kimble (1984) motivation is the process that occurs within created objects and provides energy for an individual's behavior which is the driving force that resides within a person to carry out certain activities in order to achieve the objective. While for Santrock (2008) states that "motivation is the reason why people behave the way they behave. Motivated behavior is energized, directed and prompted." Motivation is the force that drives people to achieve a goal. In the teaching and learning process, motivation is considered an important element that allows students to be actively involved, the learning process becomes the ultimate in a meaningful, useful and enjoyable way (Hj Kamarudin Husin, 1993) Motivation is what guides and determines a person's behavior is always associated with the concept of motivation is a desire (drives), needs (needs), incentives, fear (Fears), objectives (goals), social stress (social pressure), ritual self (confidence in themselves), inter...... middle of paper ......Promotion as well as a measure of value and as proud employees. However, limited promotion and hard work for up-and-comers. Finally, a worker protection program. In conclusion, students and employees need intrinsic motivation that boosts morale to improve the quality of their work. What is likely appreciated is media that broadens employee and student achievement. Furthermore, the competition between workers and students will compete for rewards and intrinsic motivation as a goal in life.
