IntroductionBrenda Wagner, Director of Administration and Human Resources at Kudler Fine Foods, asked our team to review the company's employee files and other documents to assess her readiness to change. Our goal is to describe the apparent culture of the company, the organizational structure, what our team can infer about the leadership style based on organizational performance, how that leadership style is evidently reflected in employee motivation, and what things are happening at the outside and outside. internal to the company that could lead to a change. Organizational Behavior of Kudler Fine Foods Kudler Fine Foods' mission statement recognizes that they want to "provide their customers with the best selected food products, wines and related needs in an unprecedented consumer environment." This statement is the company's core belief to provide specialty foods and services of exceptional quality and unbeatable prices. Kudler shows their support for the product by offering a money back guarantee if the quality is unsatisfactory. Kudler not only believes in complete satisfaction, but also values a knowledgeable staff. It is important that current and future employees have a working knowledge of gourmet cooking and are able to provide expert advice to all consumers. Kudler also believes in an open door policy, as stated in the employee handbook “when employees deal openly and directly with management, the work environment can be excellent, communications can be clear, and attitudes can be positive” . This represents the care and concern that management places in dealing with employees, ensuring that the company is harmonious through and through. Kudler not only practices open communication, but also… middle of paper… the reader is open. Many other convenience stores stay open late, so perhaps making new shifts and hiring new people would bring in more customers, resulting in new profits and better rate satisfaction in subsequent years.
