The woman had a scratch on the back of her neck and stated that her boyfriend and the father of her child had put their hands around her neck and she was pushed against the wall while holding her baby in her hands. He said he wanted to hold the baby and she told him no because the baby was sleeping and he was making too much noise and would wake her.
