They reveal a shared passion for each other. In the same way the vagabond becomes the companion of the crazy millionaire. Even though they come from different classes, they become accomplices to crime by wandering around the city and getting into trouble at every turn. Furthermore, Don Quixote is motivated by the knight errant's code. He longs to make things right and fight the good fight. Likewise, Chaplin's Tramp genuinely cares about the blind girl's well-being. He is upset when she gets sick. Do you want to nurse her back to health? He wants to help her and her grandmother pay off their debts when he finds out they will be evicted. The Tramp wants to make things right for the blind girl and actually seems to be a kind spirit throughout the film. It is this characteristic of sincerity that I admire most in both Don Quixote and Don Quixote
