My Way to Becoming an MBAMotivational StatementThe world is changing day by day. To cope with this constant change, every single person must be flexible, open-minded and innovative in every matter. I currently work for Archer Daniels Midland, one of the leaders in the agricultural products market. ADM has offices in almost every country in the world, employing people of more than one hundred different nationalities. Therefore, it was crucial to ensure a high level of flexibility in my current position, to be ready to move and start a new life, in a new environment, with new tasks, with new colleagues. In the past I have worked on many personal projects from different areas including: online social networking (www.crown-club.eu), B2B directories (www.paraxon.biz) and even fashion (www.anthonicrown.com). The unique online MBA course offered by the University is the only MBA Program across the world, which can move along with me whenever needed to move to grow within ADM or any other globally oriented enterprise. The online course makes group projects and interactions possible, which pushes networking and social interactions among “future masters” to a whole new level. I believe it's time to move beyond salesmanship at the oil crushing plant in Mainz, Germany. I believe I am ready for more strategic, global and political tasks. I am sure that the University of Phoenix online MBA course will give me the foundation to make “the change” happen. My MBA: Promoting and Changing My CareerThe Jungian Self-Assessment of 16 Types classified me in the ENTP category, as innovative, individualistic, versatile, and entrepreneurial, with a possible career as a politician, strategic planner, literary agent, publicist, entrepreneur, investment broker, computer analyst or advertising executive. I see a great connection between this categorization of my personality and my personal future career goal of occupying a management position in a globally organized enterprise. Therefore, I am pursuing an MBA in order to build a solid theoretical foundation on which "many practical successes could be built." A master's degree in Business Administration places the holder directly into the highest category of management and offers many opportunities and advantages never seen before.
